Adelaide security projects
With more than 30 years of experience, Matryx has a longstanding reputation in the security industry in Adelaide. When businesses and organisations view physical safety as imperative to operations, we’re proud that they turn to us for help.

ANZ Bank
Bringing consistency to high-risk sites
We undertook a security and technology review across ANZ’s administrative facilities and critical data centres, which support core financial and communications infrastructure. The audit assessed electronic security systems, CCTV performance and operational procedures to determine alignment with policy, privacy and national threat conditions, including counter-terrorism considerations.
Matryx delivered practical recommendations to establish a benchmark security framework, improve CCTV governance and strengthen monitoring practices. The outcome provided ANZ with clarity, consistency and confidence in managing high-exposure environments.

SA Housing Authority
Practical steps for safer housing
Creating safe and welcoming communities takes more than bricks and mortar—it requires thoughtful design and ongoing care. The SA Housing Authority engaged Matryx Consulting to conduct a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) assessment of a 40-year-old public housing estate. We examined the site’s layout, neighbourhood context, incident history, and vulnerabilities impacting residents. Our team delivered expert recommendations to improve security, reduce risk, and build safer spaces—helping the Authority better support tenants, many of whom have complex needs.

Vicinity Centres
Independent audit of retail security
When Vicinity sought a fresh set of expert eyes over its retail security, Matryx Consulting was appointed to independently assess physical security across Castle Plaza and multiple shopping centres nationwide. Our team conducted detailed site surveys, reviewing access control, alarms, CCTV, perimeter protection and entry points. Each site received a security scorecard and targeted improvement roadmap. Key recommendations included expanding alarm system capacity, integrating disconnected alarm points, optimising CCTV display layouts and modifying seating in vulnerable areas to reduce unwanted behaviour. The outcome equipped Vicinity with clear, practical upgrades to enhance safety, efficiency and situational awareness across its portfolio.
